Life Skills & Personal Development for Youth
Online + In Person + PortalPractical Skills for Growing, Learning & Preparing for the Future
Life Skills & Personal Development for Youth is a 6-week educational enrichment program designed to help young people develop practical skills they can use at home, in school, in their relationships with others, and as they begin preparing for adulthood. Families choose between the Online format, delivered through the student portal, and the In-Person 1-on-1 Guided format, delivered face-to-face at an approved public/community location.
Each week is delivered through guided discussions, interactive activities, reflection exercises, and personal goal-setting, where students explore important everyday skills such as communication, organization, decision-making, problem-solving, personal responsibility, and planning for the future.
The goal is not to expect young people to have everything figured out. Instead, the program gives students opportunities to practice useful life skills, better understand themselves, identify personal goals, and begin creating positive habits they can carry into everyday life.
