Admissions is a conversation first. Each step helps both your family and the Academy decide whether the program is the right fit.
Request Information
Tell us about your student and what you are looking for. This is an inquiry only — it is not an application and it does not reserve a seat.
Family Conversation
We contact you to talk about your student's learning needs, the weekly schedule and whether the program is a good fit.
Application Invitation
If the program looks like a fit, we invite your family to complete an application.
Records Review
You share the records listed below so we understand your student's current learning level.
Student & Family Meeting
We meet with the student and family together to review expectations and answer questions.
Acceptance Decision
We confirm whether space is available for the requested quarter and enrollment type.
Enrollment & Agreements
Accepted families complete enrollment forms, agreements and the Parent & Family Handbook acknowledgement.
Registration & Tuition Setup
The registration fee and the tuition or funding arrangement for the quarter are set up with the Academy office.
Start of Quarter
Your student begins on the first scheduled day of the quarter with a Learning Plan in place.
Records we may request
- • Most recent report card
- • Current grades or progress report
- • Transcript, when applicable
- • IEP or other learning-support documentation, when applicable
- • Any other records requested during the review
Records are used to understand a student's current learning level and to plan support.
Inquiry is not the same as enrollment

You request information. Nothing is reserved and nothing is owed.
Application
By invitation, your family completes an application.
Acceptance
The Academy confirms a fit and available space for a quarter.
Enrollment
Forms, agreements and handbook acknowledgement are completed.
Payment / Funding
Registration and tuition are arranged through Direct Pay, scholarship funding or agency sponsorship.
Active Student
Your student begins on the first day of the quarter.
Start of quarter only
Students begin at the start of a quarter. The Academy does not start students in the middle of a quarter. If a quarter is already underway, your family is placed for the next available quarter.
