Starting home education does not have to feel overwhelming. Begin with our short presentation and the Parent Start-Up Guide.
How learning support works
Individualized Learning Plan
Each student has a Learning Plan reflecting their current level, goals, and family learning priorities.
Daily Learning Goals
Students work toward clear daily learning goals that provide structure and purpose.
Guided Learning Support
Learning Guides provide instruction, review, practice, and educational support during scheduled program days.
Ongoing Progress Monitoring
Student progress is monitored throughout the quarter and shared with families through regular reports.
Family Collaboration
Families help establish learning priorities, review progress, and remain involved in the student's Learning Plan.
Grade levels
Grades K–5
Elementary
Foundational reading, writing, mathematics, learning routines, and age-appropriate skill development.
Grades 6–8
Middle
Building stronger academic skills, organization, independence, writing, and preparation for high-school-level learning.
Grades 9–12
High
Structured coursework, goal setting, time management, and preparation for college, career, and other postsecondary pathways.

Friday Catch-Up & Learning Support
Optional Friday Catch-Up & Learning Support is included in tuition at no additional cost and must be reserved in advance.
High School Home-Based Learning + Weekly Academy Day students learn at home four days a week on a structured Academy schedule and attend one required scheduled in-person Academy learning day each week.

4 in-person Academy days per week + Friday optional
Includes all scheduled program days, an individualized Learning Plan, daily learning goals, progress monitoring, and family reports.
Grades K–8
Part-Time
2 in-person Academy days per week + Friday optional
Includes a reduced weekly schedule, individualized Learning Plan, daily learning goals, progress monitoring, and family reports.
Grades 9–12
Full-Time In-Person
4 in-person Academy days per week + Friday optional
Includes all scheduled program days, an individualized Learning Plan, daily learning goals, progress monitoring, and family reports.
Grades 9–12
High School Home-Based Learning + Weekly Academy Day
4 home learning days per week + 1 required scheduled in-person Academy day
Flexible Learning. Real Structure. Consistent Support.
Students complete their parent-selected home education curriculum at home four days a week on a structured weekly learning schedule from the Academy, stay connected through the Academy Student Portal, and attend one required in-person Academy learning day each week. Home education doesn't have to mean learning alone.

Within the Home Education Learning Program
Individualized Learning & Enhanced Support Option
Individualized Learning & Enhanced Support Option is designed for students who require a greater level of individualized educational support to participate successfully in their home education learning program.
Support may include:
- • Increased one-on-one instructional guidance
- • Individualized or adapted learning activities
- • Additional instructional repetition and reinforcement
- • Adapted educational materials
- • Increased progress monitoring
- • Structured academic and skill-development support
- • Additional assistance with organization and independent learning
Placement is based on the student's educational needs, the level and frequency of support required, and the services Enhancing Learning & Enrichment Academy is able to provide.
Placement is not determined solely by a diagnosis, disability, matrix score, scholarship type, or scholarship award amount.
Every Home Education student has an individualized Learning Plan. This option differs in the level and frequency of support provided.

Families play an important role in their student's learning experience. Parents and guardians stay connected with the Academy, review student progress, communicate with Learning Guides, and remain involved in their student's Learning Plan.

Students begin the Home Education Learning Program at the start of an academic quarter. If the current quarter is already underway, eligible students are considered for the next available quarter.
