How It Works
The Academy has two educational pathways, and not all programs use the same delivery format. These steps apply across both pathways.

Decide whether your family is looking for supplemental Youth Enrichment & Wellness Programs or the structured Home Education Learning Program.

Review eligibility
Eligibility varies by program — age range or grade band, delivery method, location and current availability are listed for every available program.

Each program page shows what it covers, how long it runs, how it is delivered and what it costs. Nothing is hidden behind a login.

Enroll or complete required steps
Enrichment enrollment happens online: create your family account, add your child, choose a program and complete the forms and waivers. Home Education families begin with an inquiry.

Receive program access or scheduling information
Once required steps are complete, we confirm placement. Depending on the program, that means online program access, a session schedule or a scheduled one-on-one time.

Participate in learning
Programs are delivered in different formats — online and self-paced, scheduled in-person, one-on-one guided or blended. Your program page explains which applies.

Parent and student portal access
Parents manage children, enrollment, forms, schedules and documents. Students receive their own login and see only their own schedule, materials and progress.

Completion and program history where applicable
Where a program includes completion tracking, progress and program history remain visible in the portal.
What Families Can Expect
- Safety & supervision: small groups with instructor supervision, clear participation expectations, emergency contacts and an authorized pickup list for every child.
- Age-appropriate grouping: students are placed with others in similar age or grade groups whenever possible.
- Privacy: families only see their own children's records, students see only their own materials, and photo/media use is optional and reversible.
- Parent responsibilities: keeping contact and health information current, signing required agreements, and supporting attendance and participation.

Enhancing Learning & Enrichment Academy, an educational program of Enhancing Body & Mind, provides educational and wellness-focused programs designed to support learning, movement, mindfulness, healthy habits, and personal development. These programs do not provide medical care, mental-health counseling, psychotherapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other licensed clinical services.
